Hold a key, say it, it's typed, in every app on Mac, Windows and iPhone. ahsk keeps recording when you close the lid or switch headphones, understands accented English, translates as you speak, and never quietly fails. One account, one price: free to start, Pro €9.99 a month.
ahsk is a voice dictation app for Mac, Windows and iPhone. You hold a key (fn on a Mac, Ctrl + Win on Windows), speak, and let go; finished text appears at your cursor in whatever app is open. Speech is transcribed in the cloud by Whisper large-v3, then cleaned up: punctuation, paragraphs, filler words removed, and the tone of the mode you chose, such as Informal, Formal or Mail.
People who write in a language that is not their first: developers writing pull request descriptions, founders answering customers, support and sales teams, researchers and students. Hold fn + Shift (Ctrl + Win + T on Windows) and speak in the language you think in; the text lands in the language you need, in 50+ languages. A personal dictionary keeps names and jargon spelled right.
Meeting notes from Zoom, Teams or Meet with no bot in the call: your microphone and the computer's audio are recorded as two tracks and turned into a summary, decisions and action items, 10 hours a month on every plan. On the Mac, Alan (beta) handles Calendar, Reminders, Contacts and Messages by voice, with Undo.
ahsk needs an internet connection and has no offline mode; if your audio must never leave your device, a local app fits better. There is no Android app. Audio is not stored on our servers and is not used for training.
